Poo On My Shoe is a social running club but we have some good runners and like to have a go at the odd Strava segment.
Anyone's welcome even if you want to do your own thing and meet for a drink after.

5K (3.1 mile) series of timed runs on the second Wednesday of each month. All abilities from the beginner up to elite athletes. Juniors provided they are at least 11 on the day.
